We are looking for experienced HR Professional Ensure the efficient recruitment process - i.e liaise with recruitment
agencies, set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
Administer HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment, leavers information.
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation.
We are looking for individual who can Look after the HR related matters during the shifts. Having good command on using Computer specially HRIS . Good communication skill is also required.
Minimum Education: Bachelors

The HR Executive will beresponsible for overall HR functions including staff recruitment,contracts management, staff skills development, performance management,orientations, staff grievance handling and benefits administration. Theincumbent will work closely with all program and PSUcoordinators/managers on human resources matters.
Partnerwith senior staff to plan and respond to the recruitment needs intimely fashion. This includes: reviewing JD, posting job ads, screeningapplicants, conducting interviews, reference checks, making joboffers,and ensuring new employees paper work is documentedaccurately;Contractual management including extensions, contract endnotices;
Ensure proper orientation of all new staff with periodic follow up fields visits for additional support to field teams;
Deal employee grievances in accordance with DIL policies and procedures;
Oversee the maintenance and confidentiality of human resources data including payroll, database and personal files.
Assistin Performance Management System and work closely with supervisors toprovide technical support and ensure that the system is implemented intrue spirit.
Manage timely preparation and disbursement of monthly payroll
Manage employees EOBI benefit schemes effectively, ensure all DIL staff are oriented with policies and procedures;
Tomanage and supervise staff according to standard DIL guidelinesincluding performance management, job orientation, capacitybuilding,support in recruitment process and grievance handling.
Sound organizational Skill;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Good team player;
An ability to work discretely and professionally with sensitive and confidential information;
Strong English Language skills both written and spoken.
Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office,
Minimum Education: MBA (HR) Will be prefered
Required Experience: 1 Year - 5 Years(Experience in Human Resource Managment will be prefered)

Provide support to Senior Management and staff on interpretation and application of policies and procedures and on other HR related matters in line with Local labor laws and Donor requirements;
Ensure all personnel records are properly maintained and are up to date and maintain HRIS;
Manage future Job Analysis and preparation of Job Descriptions/Specifications with department supervisors. Discuss and Plan HR budgets with sector heads/Project managers;
Monitor and evaluate recruitment and placement related activities of the Project office, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures;
Liaise with Finance section and provide timely information to finance for the disbursement of salaries and allowances of staff.
Plan and develop orientation materials and ensure new employees are properly oriented;
Ensure the maintenance of staff leave records according to SCI leave and benefit policy;
Monitor staff benefits and coordinate paper work relating to health insurance and EOBI of staff;
Plan and identify Staff Development and Career Management needs and develop Training and Development Projects to enhance SC/US staff effectiveness;
