Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office, including supporting the Director. The role encompasses reception, office administration, diary management, HR administration which includes arrangement of recruitment interviews,
recruitment record keeping, maintain holiday/absentee files etc. This position will suit an individual who has excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, the ability to work on their own initiative.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate must have good MS-Word, Excel and Powerpoint, internet (E-mail) knowledge, good telephonic manners, and solid office administration & H.R experience.

Minimum Education:  Graduate
